Jaime Cahill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and investment banking. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with distinction from St. Francis Xavier University, and subsequently completed a Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University.

Cahill is currently the Director of Corporate Development at Materia, a role where she is responsible for driving corporate growth through strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Materia, Cahill served as the Director of Corporate Development at High 12 Brands, a company focused on developing high-end cannabis brands.

Cahill began her career in investment banking as an associate at National Bank Financial, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and debt financings. She later became a partner at Coburg Consultants, where she advised on corporate finance and M&A transactions.

Throughout her career, Cahill has gained significant experience in sustainability, having worked as a sustainability intern at Stantec, a global design and engineering firm. Additionally, Cahill has experience as a Chemistry Lab Demonstrator and Tutor, highlighting her strong analytical and teaching skills.
