Soomin Park is an experienced video game executive and developer with an impressive history of collaborating across department lines. With a focus on social, mobile, and micro-transaction business models, he has helped drive content acquisition and publishing deals in the gaming industry. Additionally, through his expertise in the development process, software implementation, ongoing live operations, localization, and online communities, Park has supported the production and success of many free-to-play, micro-transaction online games.

Prior to his current position as Franchise Leader at Amazon Game Studios, Park has held a variety of positions in the industry, including Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at WizeIoT, Vice President at Bluehole, and COO at En Masse Entertainment. Additionally, he has been VP of Technology, Social Game Operations, and Game Operations at Nexon America Inc, Director of Business Management at Nexon Korea, Senior Manager at Nexon Korea. Before joining Nexon, he served as Director of Online Service Division at WeCAN Media and Director of Portal Division at Digital Impact. He began his career as Manager of Internet Business at Hanmesoft.

Park earned his Bachelor's degree at Sungkyunkwan University and graduated from Kyunggi High School.
