Tasha Taylor, MD, is a highly experienced Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician with a passion for providing comprehensive care to children, adolescents, and young adults in San Diego County. With five years of experience as a General Pediatrician, Dr. Taylor realized that each patient encounter requires expertise in evaluating the child's development, behavior, and interactive skills. She pursued specialty training at UCSD in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics to develop a more family-centered approach to her general pediatric practice and specialty practice.

Dr. Taylor's expertise lies in evaluating and treating a wide variety of developmental, behavioral, and psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Developmental Delays, and Mood Disorders including Anxiety and Depression. While proficient in medication management, she strives to provide a comprehensive treatment approach that includes connecting her patients with various therapists, communicating with their school, and staying in close contact with patients' parents throughout the process.

Dr. Taylor studied Pediatrics at the University of Washington and received her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science and History from Yale University and completed her Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics subspecialty training at UCSD.

Currently, Dr. Taylor has a private practice in Carmel Valley and also provides care in two Community Health Centers located in Oceanside and San Ysidro. She is committed to serving diverse communities in the area and providing top-notch care to her patients.
