Rani Haywood is a highly experienced arts marketing professional with a wealth of knowledge gained from working in-house and as a consultant in both Sydney, Australia, and New York City. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Western Sydney University, Rani has held senior marketing positions at various performing arts and cultural organizations, including the Metropolitan Opera, Roundabout Theatre Company, and the Australian Chamber Orchestra.

Rani has also served as a director on several boards, including de Quincey co and Brand X in Australia, and currently sits on the board of Sydney-based dance theatre company, Force Majeure. She frequently speaks at industry events and has been a guest lecturer at Columbia University, Yale School of Drama, and NIDA.

Rani brings expertise in sales and marketing to her current role as Vice President at Tom O'Connor Consulting Group, where she works with clients in Australia and the US.
