Baris Ozistek is a seasoned Board Member with a diverse range of experience in the internet industry, including fintech, online gaming, and venture building. He has a lifelong ambition to establish a startup ecosystem in the MENA region, leveraging the latest trends in mobile, blockchain, biotech, big data, and AI. Ozistek is a graduate of IMD and Yildiz Teknik Üniversitesi, where he obtained a degree in Leadership, Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA.

Ozistek has held key positions in several noteworthy organizations; he currently serves as an Executive Board Member at Boğaziçi Ventures. Ozistek also served as the Chairman at Netmarble EMEA and Netmarble Turkey, and as a Board Member at HUGENT Hizmet ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. and StartersHub. Additionally, he was the Operations Director at Adecco and Marketing & Sales Manager at Bureau Veritas.
