Amy Chenault is an accomplished design researcher and experience design lead with a diverse background in healthcare, security, education, and media. She studied at Fitchburg High School and received degrees from the University of Cincinnati. Amy's experience includes senior management roles at SimpliSafe and Boston Children's Hospital, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a passion for innovative design solutions. She also worked at IBM, Pearson North America, and AOL, among others, contributing to creating excellent user experiences, building digital brands, and implementing user-centered design principles. Amy is a skilled instructor and has taught at General Assembly and Girl Develop It. Her dedication to her craft and impressive body of work demonstrate her expertise in UX design, research, and strategy.
