Steve DeMaria is an accomplished Board Consultant with significant experience in sports and entertainment. He specializes in helping organizations manage employee compensation, corporate governance, and broader HR-related challenges. Steve studied for an MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and prior to that, he completed a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) at Cornell University.

Steve has worked in various organizations throughout his career, including the National Football League, NHL Seattle, E15 Group, Priority Sports & Entertainment, and Towers Watson. He has experience in many areas, such as operations (team/league/venue), analytics, sponsorship, and player contracts. He also has life interests that include building community, authentic human connection, the psychology of work, mentoring young people, travel, sports, and photography.

Currently, Steve works as a Board Consultant for Pay Governance LLC, where he provides invaluable insights to help organizations make informed decisions about employee compensation and corporate governance. He also offers consultancy services in the sports and entertainment industries.
