Mona Kosseim is an accomplished product strategist and customer experience specialist. She has a proven track record of driving double-digit user and revenue growth, especially during her time as Vice President of Customer Experience and Product Management at GLG. Mona is equally comfortable digging into the details and stepping back to develop product strategies that improve customer retention and engagement.

Mona studied Applied Math and Economics at Yale University and has held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Vice President at Gartner and Global Product Marketing Leader at Medidata Solutions. She is currently the Senior Director of Product, Digital Experience at Datto, Inc.

Mona's passion for understanding customer needs stems from her experience as a first-generation American who grew up "translating" between two cultures. She is an expert in levers for growth and engagement, customer experience, voice of the customer, customer journey, win/loss analysis, GTM, product management, product discovery, analytics, customer segmentation, strategy, test and learn, A/B testing, talent development, and cross-functional leadership.
