Carrie McHale-Reed

Carrie McHale-Reed is a highly experienced performance consultant, executive coach, and change management specialist based in Texas. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Texas Tech University and an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis/OD from the University of North Texas.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, Carrie has worked with clients across a range of industries on global cross-industry engagements, cultivating professional development through change management, performance consulting, team development, and strategy design facilitation. She also offers instructional design, online learning, and workshop facilitation services.

Carrie has founded her own company, Women's Wizdom, and previously served as President of The McHale Group, LLC and McHale & Associates Performance Solutions. She held senior roles at Seton Healthcare Family, imc2, Ernst & Young, Ericsson, and Texas Health Resources.

As a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT), Carrie is passionate about helping clients measure and manage accountability and build strong leadership teams. She is also an experienced public speaker and has attended several conferences as a keynote speaker.
