Anna Taliani is a highly experienced HR Executive with a broad business background and cross-functional expertise in marketing, communication, and market research developed in multinational contexts. After a decade-long Marketing career managing a leading mineral water brand at Danone, she joined Birra Peroni as Head of Insight and Media, serving as the Head of Communication later on. She then transitioned to the HR field, serving as HR Director, Senior HR Business Partner, HR & Organization Director, and Head of Industrial Relations at Birra Peroni-Asahi Europe, Cementir Italia-Italcementi Heidelberg, and SABMiller. Currently, Anna is a Human Resources and Management Consultant who counsels companies on organizational development, talent, performance, learning & development, and compensation & benefits planning.
