Tracey Friend is a highly accomplished professional with a rich background in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and product management. She graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Psychology, Ed.S. in Counselor Education, and studied certificate in Product Management at EDS Cornell Product Management Executive Program Series. She has held key leadership positions throughout her career, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning for America's at DXC Technology and former VP Solutions Design/ Architecture at Agile 1.

Her extensive work experience also includes serving as Practice Executive / VP of Total Talent and RPO at Agile 1, Formerly VP Solutions Services [MSP / VMS] at Adecco, SVP Talent Acquisition Systems and Strategies at Countrywide Financial, Board Member at Staffing.org, and Product Offering Development Leader, Global Recruiting at EDS.
