At Pactum, we were developing a GUI based platform for smart contract design, development, and deployment.

Early in the Blockchain ecosystem, we realized that smart contract development was a laborious, manual, and tedious effort. Drawing parallels from Business Process Management (BPM) software, we realized a rapid smart contract development platform was necessary to bring web3 closer to web2 User Experience.

As the COO, I oversaw the operations side of platform development from rough whiteboard sketches to Beta release of the platform in the time span of 12 months.

Alonso family-owned coffee roasting company; the Alonso family has served the greater NYC area for nearly 50 years. I led new product development and led operations for existing commercial products.

Part of my role was to transition product operations to be more digital, seamless, and automated. I led the implementation and training of business management software designed to significantly reduce operational cost. We fully transitioned  in July 2016, meeting our go live goal of Q3.

As a PM for new products, we recognized a growing demand for Nitro-infused coffee systems that were of consistent quality, minimized counter footprint, quickly interchangeable, and on-demand. We designed a service package around those qualities that maximized ROI while delivering quality consistency for the client.  We leveraged consumer feedback to improve our product, customer relations, equipment/packaging design, and retail development.
