Ernie Clarke is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in organizational change management, talent development, stakeholder alignment, and strategic communications. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies to develop leading practice transformation processes to drive organizational success. Ernie holds a graduate degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University, and an undergraduate degree in Hospitality Administration from Boston University. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
