Lara Samms is a seasoned production manager in the entertainment industry with extensive experience in virtual production, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), extended reality (XR), real-time rendering, motion capture, and animation. She is familiar with cutting-edge technologies in content creation and specialized software, such as Shotgun and JIRA, for asset management. Lara has studied at San Jose State University, earning her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Television-Radio-Film-Theater and Theater Arts, respectively. She has also completed the Producing and Entertainment Executive Program Certificate in Film Production and Development at Act One Inc. Lara has occupied various roles in different organizations, including DreamWorks Animation, Visionary Film Productions, Act One, GVN Releasing LLC, Mission Pictures International, ICAP Media, and many others.
