Meet April Bang, an education and leadership expert with an impressive academic background. April received her Master of Education in Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University and continued her education at Harvard Law School, Harvard Kennedy School, and University of Geneva where she studied Leadership, International Relations, Public Policy, and Art.

Throughout her career, April has held various leadership positions such as Vice President of Programming for the Organizational Leadership Association and Co-Founder of the NYC chapter and Vice Chair of Conference Programming for the Adaptive Leadership Network. She has worked as an Action Learning Coach and Senior Consultant at the TLD Group, directed the Elda Summit at Teachers College, Columbia University and served as a Conflict Lab Intern and Research Workgroup Member at Morton Deutsch International Center for Cooperation & Conflict Resolution.

April's vast expertise in leadership and education leads her to explore transformative learning and art's impact on educational growth. She co-chaired the Art and Transformative Learning Sub-Committee at the International Transformative Learning Conference and has taught Leadership as an Adjunct Lecturer at Yonsei University. In addition, April practiced government relations as a Fellow at the International Justice Mission and served as a Senior Program Associate and Research Associate for the International Program at the Vera Institute of Justice, where she researched criminal justice reform.
