Philip Vidal is an international business leader in the autonomous mobility industry. With a strong background in finance and business development, Phil has over a decade of experience in achieving common goals and delivering innovative solutions in high-tech, consumer electronics, automotive, clean energy, and transportation sectors. He holds an MBA in Finance from Montclair State University and a BS in Finance and BA in Economics from East Stroudsburg University.

Phil has extensive experience in M&A strategy, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Phil is also an expert in strategic account management, go-to-market execution, and revenue growth, having worked with companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Tesla, and Made on Main. As Director of Business Development at Motional, Phil is currently spearheading global business development efforts.
