Karl Jacob has a lengthy and impressive career as a serial entrepreneur, advisor, and investor, spanning over two decades. He is currently the CEO and co-founder of LoanSnap Inc, a company that uses AI to help Americans with their financial plans. Throughout his career, Jacob has played a significant role in founding companies that help millions of consumers solve significant problems. He has raised funds from numerous investors, including True Ventures, Baseline Ventures, and the Virgin Group of Richard Branson, amongst others. Several of his companies have undergone successful acquisitions, boosting investor returns and generating over $150 million in revenue per year. Starting from his work as an Apple intern and then a Manager at Sun Microsystems, he eventually became the CEO of Dimension X, which was acquired by Microsoft. Jacob then went on to found several companies, including Cloudmark and Keen, which saw successful acquisitions by ProofPoint and AT&T, respectively. His most recent endeavors involve advisory roles for several companies and investing in startups as an angel investor, such as Healthtap, Everlane, and Rescale. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California Engineering School where he presently sits on the Board of Counselors.
