Immigration Legal Matters•	Initial point of contact to strategize for all visa possibilities for non-immigrant and immigrant visa clients.•	File non-immigrant visas including B-1/2, E-1/2, H-1B, H-3, J-1, L-1A/B, TN, O-1 and corresponding derivative visas for corporate and individual clients.•	File immigrant visas in all employment based categories including self-sponsored EB-1, company sponsored EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions with US CIS and through the PERM application process; and all family based categories including Adjustment of Status and consular processing.•	Prepare all US CIS Requests for Further Evidence and Notices of Intent Deny for the Firm.  •	Prepare and represent clients for Adjustment, Stokes, Consular, and Naturalization interviews. •	Successfully prepared and submitted pro-bono Political Asylum case.Non-Immigration Legal Matters•	Handle real estate closings including residential and mixed used properties.•	Handle various litigation matters such as commercial litigation to obtain a default judgment.•	Incorporate entities to facilitate visa petitions and assist clients with corporate housekeeping.
