Alice specializes in cross-cultural and international business relations, and she has a wealth of knowledge on fiduciary, corporate governance, and compliance responsibilities with a focus on complex cross-border transactions and sensitive legal and governmental strategies.
Alice has a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and an AB in East Asian Studies from Yale University. She is fluent in Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and French.
