Emily Fan is an accomplished attorney with a wealth of experience advising both not-for-profit and private sector clients on global operations. She graduated with a BA in Sociology from Bryn Mawr College, studied Chinese Language at Peking University, and received her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law. Over the years, Emily has served in various roles, including Deputy General Counsel at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Associate General Counsel at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Director of Legal Affairs at Room to Read, and Assistant General Counsel at Habitat for Humanity International, among others. She has a strong background in international law and has drafted, negotiated, and executed numerous agreements.
