Deepak holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MS from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He also has a B. Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Deepak currently serves as the Founder and CEO of NextGen Invent (NGI), a boutique firm that specializes in disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Automation, and Analytics. NGI has been rated as one of the top 20 most promising big data companies by CIO Review Magazine. Additionally, he is the CEO of xtLytics, a company that revolutionizes the way healthcare and insurance leaders make decisions through the use of predictive analytics.

Throughout his career, Deepak has managed and developed products in healthcare, life insurance, mortgage lending, and wealth management areas for well-known companies such as Cardinal Health, PerMobil, Novartis, Minuteman Health, Tufts Medical Center, State Street, Fidelity Investments, JP Morgan Chase, and SunLife.
