He is the founder and president of Bonvia Consulting Group Inc., which specializes in leadership development and strategic planning for individuals and organizations. Larry has a wealth of experience working in the retail industry where he distinguished himself as the General Manager of Christian Publications Ltd. for almost three decades. In this role, Larry championed a culture of innovation and collaboration among store owners, vendors, and customers. He used his ability to ask penetrating questions to expose the real heart of issues, helping the company to defy conventional wisdom and remain competitive in a rapidly changing market.
