My experience with Radical Candor began as the former COO of a VC-backed startup In London where I introduced Radical Candor as a core company value and was responsible for successfully operationalising this value into our organization through the NextJump feedback app, weekly Friday retrospectives and formal external training.

I co-founded the corporate learning arm alongside Head of New Thinking Robert Jones within the 55-year-old creative consultancy Wolff Olins, developing an online learning platform to scale our impact beyond workshops of 100 people to serve 100,000+ employees across global organizations.  

As the cofounder and director of our corporate learning arm, I was responsible setting and operationalising our strategic vision. 

-Creative directed over 46 classes across brand, leadership and design, recruiting 10 of our most influential leaders to share their expertise 
-Earned an overall Net Promoter Score of 87. To put this into context, Apple is 76, Amazon is 69.

Taking time off is important. 

In between undergrad and grad school, I took a year off and taught English at a very unique private language academy in Seoul where their brand was rooted in the concept of the 'doctor's clinic' and teachers had to dress like doctors. 

This actually served as the inspiration for my master's dissertation on the branding of English education, and is largely what inspired me to work in the creative industries.
