Javier Fernández-Nieto is a pedagogical adviser at Quirónsalud Madrid with a deep passion for research and education. He studied pedagogy at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where he continued his studies with a master's degree in pedagogy, and a Ph.D. in education, philosophy of education, and theory of education, complementing his expertise. He also studied experto en formación digital at the Instituto Europeo de Posgrado. His research interests span theories, philosophies, and anthropology of education and the influence and use of information and communication technologies.

Javier has extensive experience collaborating with different organizations such as Antártida Soluciones, the Universidad Camilo José Cela, and the Revista Española de Pedagogía. His work includes coordinating and managing digital solutions development teams and managing a project for the training and labor insertion of students of Higher Vocational Training in the Madrid Region. As a pedagogical adviser, he works to create and implement learning strategies based on sound pedagogical principles that benefit both learners and their institutions.
