Margot Foley is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in helping world-class organisations create great employee experiences. She currently holds the position of Solution Sales Executive at ServiceNow, where she spearheads the development of innovative solutions to transform the employee experience. Foley's extensive experience in understanding the pain points, aspirations, unique circumstances, anxieties, and ways of thinking of each employee makes her a valuable asset in crafting ideal working situations in every organisation. She is an advocate for the importance of company culture and employee experience and believes that culture eats strategy for breakfast.

Foley obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Biophysics/Instrumental Science from Swinburne University of Technology. She has worked for multiple organisations such as Infor, Business Predictions, Teradata, and Accenture in various roles such as Founder & CEO, Senior Account Manager, Senior Account Director, Account Manager, and Business Development Director.

In her free time, Foley takes part in local theatre productions, mainly as a stage manager. She is also building an online community for theatre lovers to help people express themselves and relax during the social distancing era.
