He is well-versed in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that drive a best-in-class associate and customer experience while reducing expenses, increasing labor productivity, and delivering tasks across supply chain distribution centers and retail environments. Whitney has a primary focus on retail facility maintenance and building service operations, labor and workforce management operations, vendor and third-party service provider management and audits, and project management across all levels of the organization. He has a strong financial acumen, is adept at forecasting, budgeting, and P&L ownership, and has excellent analytical skills. Whitney completed his MBA in Finance and Operations Management from Emory University and his BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
