April Cho is the founder of Crave, an online ordering and guest management system aimed at making it easier for businesses in the hospitality industry to collect the information they need. April studied Economics and East Asian Languages and Cultures at Columbia University before receiving a Hopkins-Nanjing Center Graduate Certificate in Chinese Studies at The Johns Hopkins University. Over the years, she's gained extensive experience in restaurant management and understands the challenges business owners face, which is why she founded Crave. April is also in search of restaurant partners to join her customer advisory board as the company continues to grow at an impressive 300+% year over year.
