Raoul Philipse is a highly accomplished and ambitious individual with diverse skills and interests. He has an impressive educational background, having achieved a High School degree in Science (N&T) from Barlaeus Gymnasium Amsterdam, a B.Sc. (Hons) in Econometrics from the University of Amsterdam, and an M.Phil in Economics, specializing in Micro Economics, Industrial Organisation, and Game Theory from the University of Oxford.
Raoul has held several positions at Uber, including Head of EMEA Rides Strategy and Planning, Launcher for UberFreight Europe, Principal of Global Strategy and Planning, Manager of Global Strategy and Planning, Senior Associate of Global Strategy and Planning, and Associate of Global Strategy and Planning. Prior to his tenure with Uber, Raoul worked as an Associate/Senior Analyst at Google's Online Publisher Group and as an Intern at Frontier Economics.
Raoul is an excellent team player and capable of working collaboratively to find practical solutions to complex problems. He is skilled in economic analysis and can present reports with persuasiveness. Raoul is a creative thinker who pulls his weight in every project and is not afraid to lead when necessary.
