September 2022 - ...... : Further SAP integration projects.
Main focus on further integrating our e-commerce activities to the main SAP platform. Also consulting my business partner in their set up of Contract Conditions Management in SAP.

October 2019 - September 2022: SAP integration Nonfood Retail.
Role: Solution requirements analysis. Functional analysis for various service specifications to connect SAP S4/HANA and legacy capabilities and applications within our IT landscape. This includes integrations and services to connect with both Java and Mainframe applications (via Webmethods and Powercenter respectively). My main focus is on the integration between SAP and our e-commerce platform. I was also closely involved in data migration of stock and purchasing transactional data. Go Live of SAP was mid September 2021, which was followed by a hypercare and enhancement period.

June 2019 - October 2019: Click & Collect Nonfood Retail.
Role: Design of process within the retail stores, once the online order of the customer is communicated to them (picking, stock management, customer notification, check-out procedure). Testing the new processes in the stores and training managers and key-users to implement these new processes.

January 2021 - present: Trainer Solution Analysis
Give basic training Solution Analysis to new recruits (4 to 5 training sessions a year, 8 to 15 trainees per session). Also redefine training method and content on a regular basis.

Early 2008, I noticed to that there still was no Group on LinkedIn for the Alumni of the University of Ghent (Belgium), so I created the appropriate group. Any Alumni of the Ugent are free to join the group and who knows, you might find some familiar names and faces here. People who are interested in joining should make sure that their link to the University of Ghent is clear (either attended or worked at the University Ghent).

Date founded: 15th of February 2008

After a little more than a year, we passed the mark of 3000 active members, by beginning 2010 we had grown to 5000 members, and by summer 2013 we where linking well over 13000 members. At which point I handed over daily management of the group to the social networks team at the University.

My role at Dreamland (part of the Colruyt Group) had three large responsibilities,
-  I focussed on improving the supply chain between our suppliers and our central distribution center. This included being involved in general inventory management, defining our logistical requirements and KPI's and then negotiating SLA's with our suppliers to reach those KPI's.
-  Internally I managed projects related to the inventory turnover and our general inventory KPI's. This included monitoring, reporting and defining proposals for inventory optimization. I also defined and managed the yearly supply chain planning that acts as the outline for logistical timings on all seasonal product categories.
-  I acted as the necessary liaison between our sales and purchasing departments and the supply chain, translating business needs and requirements into practical end-to-end supply chain solutions. This resulted in various projects which I managed, e.g. setting up the supply chain flow  for the remodeling of all our stores during a 3 month period, managing the transfer of a large product range from another business unit within the Colruyt Goup to Dreamland,...

TiTANS is an IT Consulting Company and subsidiary of Ulysses Consulting (IT headhunter). TiTANS is active in: Service Management, Process Improvement, Mainframe Software Development, Project Management  and Software Development (J2EE & .Net).

My responsibilities:
-  Recruitment and selection of IT consultants.
-  External consulting missions: re-defining recruitment processes at our clients: e.g. Fortis Insurance

My main accomplishments at TiTANS:
-  Recruited several new consultants: Project Managers, CMMi process specialists, ITIL service managers and several analyst/developers .Net and mainframe
-  Played a key role in brokering the deal for a TiTANS consultant to take the lead in a major project. The TiTANS Project Manager will take charge of a 150 million Euro, 5 year project for the construction of a large, new data center in Belgium. Involved companies: IBM and one of the major Belgian banks.
-  Negotiated for my own consulting project at one of our clients: Fortis
