Be Found Digital is a performance based digital marketing agency which provides a full-service digital advertising solution to clients. This includes providing set-up of all relevant marketing channels and analytics platforms (including Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and HotJar) as well as launching Google Ads and Social Media campaigns across most platforms. 

As an Account Manager and Social Media Lead at Be Found Digital. My role requires me to provide account management services for all clients, new and current as well as provide them with a full digital solution. 

This includes digital strategy planning, creative direction, copywriting and campaign execution as well as reporting across a variety of channels. 

Responsibilities:
- Creating strategy, copywriting and providing creative direction to execute both flighted and evergreen campaigns across Google and Social Media.
- Onboarding and setting up new clients onto Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Linkedin Ads. This also included setting up pixels, product feeds and all event tagging.
- Maintaining and executing campaigns across DV360 and providing attribution reports through Campaign Manager.
- Creating and presenting analytics reports on campaign performance through Google Data Studio.
- Liaising with clients and managing day to day client enquiries as well as creating and presenting strategy decks for future campaigns.
- Launching and maintaining campaigns run through AdRoll as well as Criteo and providing monthly reports on performance. 
- Maintaining budget pacing across all campaigns and ensuring all KPI’s are being met.

Digital Account Manager

Pharmacare Laboratories is one of the biggest pharmaceutical businesses in Australia owning massive brands such as Nature’s Way, Sambucol, Bioglan, Skin Doctors, Naturopathica, Fatblaster and much more.

In my role as Pharmacare’s Lead Digital Marketer, my day to day involves:

- Creating social media campaigns for Pharmacare’s large portfolio of brands.
- Utilising Google Ads to create search/YouTube campaigns across Pharmacare’s brand portfolio
- Maintaining Pharmacare brand websites including creating landing pages, forms as well as updating product descriptions and imagery.
- Constructing EDM campaign funnels across multiple large databases.
- Analysing social, search and YouTube campaign results and constructing presentations with relevant feedback and ways to move forward.

This role is constantly improving my ability to develop campaigns that are engaging for target consumers as well as my skills as a digital marketer.

Bizversity is an application designed to help educate people in all things business. It does this by giving users access to over 1000+, high-quality business training videos from some of the worlds best business experts. 

After producing results that went above expectations during my unpaid internship, I was promoted to Bizversity's Marketing Coordinator and then again to my role as Bizversity’s Lead Marketing and Partnership Coordinator.

My tasks in this position were a mixture of both marketing, operations and sales including:
- Performing sales calls and in-person meetings with the CEO's of multiple associations and companies as well as maintaining customer relationships.
- Creating push notification strategies to increase user engagement 
- Creating YouTube Marketing campaigns
- Creating Email campaigns 
- Analysing marketing metrics on the Bizversity Website 
- Creating UTM's in order to make a measurement system for future online marketing campaigns.

Lead Marketing and Partnership Coordinator

Starting as a marketing intern during the companies re-brand from Brin to Bizversity, my role required me to perform various marketing tasks in an effort to increase brand awareness and app downloads. These included the creation of UTM, YouTube and push notification campaigns.

Woolworth's Narrabeen has taught me many skills. Being a Lead Member of the Produce Department, my job has entailed working both independently and with a team in order to make sure tasks are completed on time. 

Some of the skills I have developed and enhanced in both these roles include:

- Work as a team leader.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Work to a schedule and manage time effectively.

With an environment that constantly changes, these skills are always put to the test and I am constantly learning new things in this role.

Starting off playing Rugby Union as a weekend sport and as a hobby, my love for the game led me to undertake a referee training course and become a certified Junior Rugby Union Referee. In this role, on weekends, apart from playing Rugby Union, I would also referee numerous games played by people not much younger than me at the time. From this role, I learnt how to effectively communicate with people from a young age as well as deal with unpredictable situations that require fast decision making.
