Barry Sanders

Barry Sanders is a successful and experienced executive with a diverse industry background spanning over 30 years. He has held several leadership positions in market-leading multinational corporations, including The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, Cap Gemini/ Ernst & Young, and Excello. Throughout his career, Barry has been recognized for his ability to drive shareholder value by developing and implementing strategic plans, building high-performance global organizations, and aligning teams to accomplish objectives.

Barry holds an MBA from the University of Dayton and a BSBA in Procurement and Materials Management from Bowling Green State University. He has also served on the Board of Allegiance Trucks and currently serves as Managing Partner at McChrystal Group.

As President & Chief Operating Officer at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, Barry successfully established company strategy and built a high-performance organization. He has also held leadership positions in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Research & Development, and Financial Management. Barry is a successful communicator and problem solver with a demonstrated ability to improve growth rates and build cost structures.
