Sean Adams is a renowned advertising and media professional with a career spanning decades. He has worked with some of the world's leading companies, culminating in the founding of his own research consultancy, The Seed, which he ran for ten years in Sydney. Sean is particularly passionate about working closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and collaborating with them to develop common-sense solutions that help their businesses grow.

Sean has a wealth of experience in market research and strategy, having run thousands of focus groups, interviews, and surveys. He is skilled at interpreting customer insights into clear and actionable strategies that he presents to diverse audiences, from sales teams to C-suites. Throughout his career, Sean has won multiple industry awards and spoken on various conference platforms.

Sean holds degrees from the University of the West of England, Reading Blue Coat School, and The Henley College. He is currently the Global Insight Director & Partner at Brand Metrics, having previously served as Consultant and Head of Commercial Insight at News UK, and Brand Communications Director at The Media Palace, among other roles.
