Jaime Marzan is a customer service expert with a decade's worth of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong sales background. They are also experienced in providing leadership for guest relations and business development, in addition to developing training programs for new hires. Marzan received their Master of Education in Curriculum Development and Instruction with a perfect 4.0 GPA from Texas A&M University, after receiving a BA in History from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
