Rebecca Kaplan is a highly accomplished professional, having studied at three of the most prestigious schools in the country: The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Columbia Business School. With an undergraduate degree in Economics, Business and a B.S. in Management, Marketing, Kaplan has amassed substantial experience in the consulting industry. As the current Director of Consulting Programs at Bain & Company, Kaplan oversees strategic initiatives, projects and business operations. Prior to becoming Director, she held various positions at Bain & Company including Senior Manager, Manager, Principal, Case Team Leader and Consultant.

Kaplan has also worked as an Associate at L.E.K Consulting and Associate, Corporate Strategy and Development at PepsiCo. She started her career as a Summer Research Associate at Sanford C. Bernstein. Kaplan’s vast experience has given her invaluable insights and expertise in the consulting industry. She continues to drive significant growth at Bain & Company.
