He is well-versed in aligning IT solutions with business needs, enhancing efficiency, service/product quality, and achieving challenging objectives. With a deep understanding of business requirements to IT due to his extensive managerial experience, Vladimir can run IT like a business, reducing IT OPEX by 30%. He is skilled in building, driving, and motivating talented teams of specialists, and can communicate effectively in English and Russian with all levels of staff. Vladimir has completed 200+ projects/programs in software development, IT infrastructure support, and IT consulting.
