I have worked in various departments within the store which has allowed me to gain a wide breadth of experience and expert knowledge in the retail and customer service industry which has enabled further opportunities and given me the confidence and skills in later roles outside of this commercial sphere.

I was given responsibility within my role and was trusted to assist training members of staff and work experience placement students in addition to my usual duties such as promoting financial services of the store, engaging with customers and finding suitable products to satisfy their demands and negotiation and marketing skills to ensure customers continue their loyalty with the store as well as maintaining the bottom line of encouraging sales and profits for the franchise and the wider store as a whole.
