Initiation and formation of the organization, its management and development, creation of structure in the country and international networking, initiation, development, provision of finance, realization and evaluation of projects and programs related to the development of the theater, membership of the organization and representation in international organizations IATC - International Theater Critic Association and AITA / IATA - International Amateur Theater Association, participation in programs and projects of national interest within the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Macedonia, development of local, regional and international native cooperation.

-  Initiation, organization, management and evaluation of the project "Macedonian Ecological Campaign"

2000 - 2001;
-  Initiating, organizing, managing and evaluating the two cycles of the project "I have the right to know" - a theater campaign to fight HIV / AIDS, supported by UNICEF, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Education and the Mayors and the Councils of 15 cities in the country. The project included education in theatrical skills and complete creation of 30 theater plays in 15 cities in the country;
-  Maintaining the process of TMM membership in IATA - International Association for Amateur Theater, presentation of TMM in the organization and membership in the AITA/IATA - Central European Center;
-  Running the process of TMM membership in IDEA - International Association for Education through Drama, presentation of TMM in the organization;
-  Running the process of TMM membership in IATC - International Association of Theater Critics and representing TMM in the organization;

Theater Youth of Macedonia - NGO

- Establishment of the football club (soccer);
-  Training of the first team;
-  Establishment of the football school and training of U11, U13 and U15;
-  In 2017, I started the official football education, starting with UEFA B license for working with youth categories, which started the way for UEFA Pro license in the next 5 years. Football and theater are intrinsic, deep and closely related, the director is a coach and the coach is a director. Both professions overlap strongly, affect one another and open up a new way of thinking, work and development that I materialize in my new system of football game, which I call "New Year's Christmas tree". It is a system for education and development of offensive football that will guarantee 5+ goals in each match. The work and revival of the system along with my education for the higher coaching rogues continues in continuity;

-  Establishment of "Skopje-Metropolis-Foundation" which will generate financial means for realization of the projects and programs of Skopje-Metropolis, as well as for realization of the programs and projects of the Foundation itself;
-  Establishment of "Forum of Skopje" open grass debate forum in which representatives of all house councils and street councils from the City of Skopje, all its municipalities and settlements around Skopje will participate;
-  Creation of the "New Cultural Policy" of the City of Skopje and its realization;
-  Creation of "Strategy for development of the City of Skopje for the period 2010-2020 and its implementation;
-  Performing public authorizations for the City of Skopje for the purposes and tasks for which Skopje-Metropol was established;

As a result of my political engagement, I was elected as President of the Control Board of the public company Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia, continuing from 2006 to 2017. In this long and extremely dynamic period of development of our country, I was involved in controlling the financial and overall operation of this state-owned company. Performing a function on behalf of the people in the direction of protecting the public interest was an extraordinary honor and great pleasure, and the experience gained was priceless.
