Ben Flohr

Ben Flohr is a business leader and eCommerce technology innovator with over a decade of experience in developing, powering, and scaling CPG brands through innovative growth strategies and advanced customer acquisition & retention methodologies.

He is the Co-Founder of Scale, a tech-driven direct-to-consumer company specializing in building and deploying next-generation CPG brands in the beauty, health, and wellness industries.

Under Ben's leadership, the Scale Commerce platform has empowered 5 CPG brands to acquire over 1.3 million customers and generate more than $100 million in sales.

Together with his partners, Ben oversees a team of over 100 brand builders from the company's headquarters in Los Angeles, California.

His strategic execution of the corporate vision through data-driven decision-making, resource allocation, and innovative user acquisition methodologies has been a key driver of growth for the organization.

Prior to founding Scale, Ben brought valuable experience as a Technology Business Development Manager at Seambi and honed his skills in entrepreneurship and business ownership.

With a background in active duty in the Israel Defense Forces – Navy, Ben's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found multiple consumer goods companies before focusing on nutrition, food science, digital advertising, and eCommerce.
