Laureen DeBuono is a highly experienced CEO, COO, CFO, and board member with over 30 years of executive management experience in various industries such as CPG, Healthcare, and E-commerce. She has worked with both private and public companies in Silicon Valley and San Francisco, leading them through significant strategic inflection points, including raising capital, scaling for accelerated growth, building successful teams, and completing IPOs, M&A, and exits. She has raised over $1 billion in financings and completed over $12 billion in M&A transactions.

Laureen currently works at FLG Partners LLC, the leading interim CFO-COO and board advisory firm in California, where she has been a partner since 2011. Her focus at FLG includes financial, strategic and operational advisory, executive coaching, and board of directors work. She has worked with companies such as HotelTonight, Build Direct, Rodan+Fields, Stella+Dot, and Actian Corporation.

Over the years, Laureen has served on several public and private companies' board of directors, including Turtle Beach Holdings, Cadence Pharmaceuticals, VISX, INVIVO, Cradle Holdings Group, and Govino LLC. She is also a graduate of Duke University, where she studied Bachelor of Arts (BA), Stanford University, where she studied Master of Arts (MA), and New York University (NYU) School of Law, where she studied Doctor of Law (J.D.).
