His most recent role was as an Engineering Manager at Gem, a company that specializes in enterprise blockchain solutions. Prior to that, he was a Founding Engineer at the same company, helping to establish the initial technology framework for the organization.

Before his tenure at Gem, Haddad held multiple positions at Uber, a ride-sharing company, where he worked as a Senior Software Engineer for several years.
