Otávio Neves is an experienced Supply Chain executive who has spent a decade working for multinational food industry corporations. His expertise includes S&OP, Production Planning & Control, Demand Planning, Strategic Planning, Integrated Business Planning, MRP, Operational Research, and Digital Transformation. He has a degree in Engenharia de Produção from UFMG and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.

Otávio has project management, ERP implementation, and team management skills. He led the implementation of the S&OP process in Argentina, integrating the processes of an acquired company into the existing Integrated Planning structure. He has excellent communication skills and easily relates to personnel at any hierarchical level.

His previous roles include Demand Planning Manager SA at AGCO Corporation, Integrated Planning Executive Manager, Latam S&OP Manager, International S&OP Manager, International S&OP Coordinator, and Integrated Planning Senior Analyst at BRF. Prior to that, he worked as a Corporate Trainee for BRF and as an Industrial Engineering Intern for Cerâmica São Caetano and Belgo Bekaert Arames.
