She has built a reputation for collaboration with clients, teams, and external partners to deliver solutions, enhance fund quality, and manage portfolios through market shocks and volatility. At BlackRock, Elya built a highly-productive team managing hundreds of billions of dollars in portfolios responsible for a large proportion of iShares' fixed income flows and custom ETF transactions. Elya is a distinguished MBA Finance and Financial Engineering graduate from MIT Sloan School of Management and BA Economics graduate from Trinity College-Hartford. Outside Wall Street, she is the Founder and President of ES Investment Consulting LLC.
