Philip Rothman is a highly-accomplished composer, orchestrator, music preparer, and consultant based in New York City. He has a Master's degree in Composition from The Juilliard School, a Bachelor's degree in Composition from Rice University, and studied Liberal Arts at Wesleyan University.
