Brewer has extensive experience in M&A and financial advisory, IPO advisory, strategic business development, corporate strategy, company assessment, financial strategy and planning, fund formation, and investment, market entry. Having lived in China and India for eight years and earned his MA from John Hopkins University and his Ph.D. from Harvard, he has a deep understanding of Asia.
