Drumm McNaughton is a renowned higher education strategic management specialist, director, and innovator who has successfully led academic and commercial turnaround initiatives. He has an international experience having lived for 19 years overseas and traveled to over 50 countries. McNaughton's expertise has resulted in over $500 million in organizations’ bottom line.
In addition to his vast experience, McNaughton is the host of Changing Higher Ed, a podcast that offers expert perspectives on how to meet 21st century challenges and improve higher education institutions. Some of the institutions he has worked with include King Saud, Chapman, Central Michigan, EC-Council, Capella, and Trident University. He has also served significant roles at the US standards body for management consultants and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and COO of two high tech startups. The former Navy Pilot and Officer is a Governance Fellow from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
McNaughton has an academic background, earning a doctoral and master's degree in Human & Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate Institute, and a bachelor's degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy.
