Currently, Raji serves as the Head of Talent, Performance, Organizational Effectiveness, and D&I at United Health Services, where she is responsible for facilitating organizational transformation while focusing on cultivating a value-based culture, an enabling organizational structure, and a talent and leadership development strategy.
