Meet Aithan Shapira, an artist, executive coach, and lecturer at MIT Sloan with a background in creative arts and cultural transformation. With over 20 years of experience, Aithan has helped individuals and organizations harness their creative potential to innovate and adapt to change with Tilt, his culture design and transformation firm. He has led progressive curricula on leadership and skills development for MIT Sloan, Harvard iLab, and the Stanford d.school, among others. Aithan has studied and exhibited his work internationally, including living among an Aboriginal community to explore the impact of art on survival cultures. Currently, he serves on McKinsey's think tank for Advancing Adult Learning and Development.
