Anne Cheng is an accomplished executive strategist and operations manager with over a decade of experience in leadership roles. She specializes in talent development, innovative culture building, and social entrepreneurship. Cheng studied banking and finance at the renowned London School of Economics and Political Science, earning Second Class Honours. She also holds a Master's in Engineering, Project Management from the University of Adelaide, and an MBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

Cheng is the founder of Supercharge Lab and invests in startups across Southeast Asia while using her skills to mentor and support their growth. She has served as the Vice President of Transformational Management at American Heritage College, a Strategic Partner and Advisor at AI Mexico, as well as having held leadership roles in Portfolio Builders, YPO, and Start Up Nation. Cheng has also worked within the banking industry, holding high-level compliance and executive positions in organizations such as Haitong Securities International and CIMB-GK Securities.
