Bristol Baughan is an accomplished writer, speaker, and coach with an impressive background in film, leadership, and psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from American University, a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and has studied film at New York University. Bristol is the founder of Inner Astronauts, a leadership coaching company that helps individuals unlock their full potential. She has also worked as a Future Architect and was a Fellow at the Ted Conferences. Bristol has served as a Master of Ceremony and Host at Tedxoxford and has been a judge at the National Academy of Television and Arts Sciences. She has an extensive filmography, having served as an Executive Producer on documentaries such as Which Way Home and By the People: The Election of Barack Obama. Bristol is a former assistant to the director at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Her experience also extends to her tenure as the Co-Founder and Head of Documentary Film at Reason Pictures Good and as an intern at the White House.
