Ian Randall is a consultant and experienced leader in navigating complex change. He holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Human Geography, and International Development from Newcastle University in the UK. His professional experience includes serving as the Director and Principal Consultant for Wasafiri Consulting and working as a Non-Executive Director for Yellowave Beach Sports. He has also served as the Head of Learning and Accountability, as well as the Head of Operations, for the Grow Africa Initiative, a group that promotes agricultural growth in Africa. Additionally, he has served as a Policy Advisor for the Food Group at the UK Department for International Development (DFID), the Director of the Relief and Development Group at Impact International, and a Field Officer for the International Organization for Migration. Before his work overseas, he served as the Group Education Program Director for North Carolina Outward Bound, an organization dedicated to promoting experiential education.
